Our mission is to eliminate fragmentation within the Caribbean community by fostering intergenerational collaboration, strategic business networking, and entrepreneurial empowerment. Through our curated business directory, we provide access to essential resources, mentorship, and leadership opportunities- building a united, educated, and economically empowered Caribbean society.

Our goal is to foster the growth of sustainable businesses, amplify the visibility of Caribbean-owned brands, and create pathways to generational wealth through strategic connection and community-driven empowerment.
Chair/President of TCN: Christina Persaud has been a member of The Caribbean Network from its inception. Over the course of her career she has served in many different communities across the Greater Toronto Area. She is a licensed Financial Advisor and Independent Broker in Ontario and has recently launched The Gemini Blueprint Brokerage. In her day to day she empowers entrepreneurs to build generational wealth by combining financial education,optimizing digital systems, and personal branding. Her goal is to serve as a blueprint for modern-day visionaries- especially women, people of color, and multi-passionate leaders who want to own their time, transform their income, and multiply their impact.
Her favourite hobby is singing and performing at various cultural events, as well as traveling to the Caribbean and South America.
Her favourite Caribbean snack is pinetart.
